How to access the TOFF database and download its content

A) Obtain your login and password (mandatory)

In order to connect to the database, you must first obtain a login and a password. They may be requested through the registration form available here.

B) Download R, RStudio or TOFF_Extractor

Users willing to access the database can do so through a R script or TOFF_Extractor. The R script can be downloaded here. To use this script, you first need to download R or RStudio. If you do not wish to use a script to connect to the database, a simple interface called TOFF_Extractor can be download here or on the Apps page of the website. Users with no prior knowledge of R may want to get acquainted with its documentation, or simply use TOFF_Extractor.
